Phat Tire is the hub of Bentonville and somewhat NWA. They are instrumental in most everything we do, from philanthropy to seeing our beautiful ozark lands, in a different way. Stop by and say hello, rent a bike, or purchase your next one from Phat Tire, they make NWA, who we are.
Delicious coffee, fun environment, and the baristas were attentive and polite even though they were busy. We only stopped for the coffee and pastries but it looks like they have a steady stream of happy bike customers as well.
Great shop, my son broke a chain at the start of a ride on the Back 40. Hot day so we were trying to get the ride in before the heat. They got his bike on the stand minutes after opening, put on a new chain and even let me demo a new Yeti while we waited. Also hooked us up with beers the last time we were in town. Now that they sell Yeti what's not to like?
Bought a bike from phat tire - fort smith. Good knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service! Helped me in selecting a proper bike. Gave out lots of recommendations on bike maintenance and trails around fort smith. I would highly recommend phat tire - fort smith to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Popped into town for work and snagged a rental for the day. In and out in maybe fifteen minutes, has room to change if needed, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Rental was great! A quick fit and I was on my way ( the trail system here is awesome by the by...)
