Very welcoming and happy staff. Willing to answer questions or just shoot the breeze about bikes. Rental program is top notch. I had the chance to ride a bike that's well out of my price range and it was epic. Highly recommend popping in to browse if nothing more.
Went to go get my bike tuned and the service was amazing. The Fayetteville crew was so kind to me and I couldn't be happier with how my bike turned out!
Just wanted to say, I went in to Phat Tire yesterday, and I was impressed by quite a few things. 1. All of the employees were very helpful and super friendly! At least three people working came up to talk about my bike(or ask about my dog. �) 2. They were not only educated (I mean, they do this for a living,) but they were super honest. And 3. The prices were VERY reasonable!! -A happy customer

A very friendly staff with an excellent selection of high quality products and prices. I'm an out of towner traveling with my mountain bike checking out NW Arkansas trails and these guys were very helpful!
