Love my new Townie I was able to purchase a few weeks ago. They didn't just sale me the bike, they made sure that everything was set up and adjusted to my needs. Went back just yesterday to purchase a basket, which they installed on my bike. They also readjusted my seat. Really good experiences so far.

Awesome service. Came in twice and was promptly waited on and had all my questions answered. Purchased two tires and they had them mounted within an hour. They went above and beyond to get those tires back to me so my son could get back to riding.
The service was slow and unresponsive. I went in two separate times and couldn't be waited on. The guy behind the counter said someone would be with me and then did nothing about my wait... I mean.. why am I waiting on giving you thousands of dollars? I'd pass on this place..
Just bought my new mountain bike at the Fort Smith store. Thanks to all the guys there for being totally awesome and getting me set up on my new bike! Phat Tire is my new go to bike shop!
