I came in late on a Sunday with a cut tire and they quickly set up a new tire tubeless for me so I could keep riding on vacation. On top of that they checked the rim for trueness and checked the shifting. Great attention to detail.
We stopped by when we were traveling from out of town and Phat Tire blew us away. They were so friendly and helpful even though we weren't really looking for anything particular. They shot the bull with us for a while, made us feel at home, talked about local routes and trails. They even let my pup that was traveling come inside and take a look with us. Had a great experience at the Fayetteville store today! We came from Webb city MO to get my oldest son his new bike and the people working there were very friendly and helpful!
I highly recommend Phat Tire in Rogers. I have visited a few times recently to look at new bikes and make adjustments to mine. I am consistently impressed with Martin Johnson's knowledge and customer service. Super helpful guy and his attention to detail makes my decision to return to Phat Tire an easy one. Thanks!
