RecommendedThese guys have been amazing. Both the bentonville and Siloam springs store. Ryan at the Siloam store however has gone above and beyond. He stayed late one night to replace my bottom bracket for me, then on another occasion, after I had them rebuild my rear shock he offered to bring the bike to my work all the way in Bentonville and even offered to research some stuff for me simply because I showed interest, and I didn’t even buy my bike from them. RecommendedGreat shop. I went to the Fayetteville store to have Cushcore inserts put in (not an easy task) before a trip to Colorado. They turned it around in one day and in time for the trip! We’ve also bought both of my wife’s bikes there and the staff made extra effort each time to make sure she was comfortable and on the right bike, swapping stems and adjusting seats until the fit was perfect. If y’all are reading this, some beer is coming your way soon. Cheers!
