My daughter, a single mom of 3, suffered a brain injury when a bike fell off their top rack and landed on her head! She hasn't been able to work, care for her 3 children, and she's close to losing her house. Phat Tire has done nothing to help even though the manager admitted fault! They ARE NOT truly customer focused!

Go in to get air in your tire and they will tell you that you need a new chain, new xyz, xyz. Don’t recommend. #UpSell #Commission #NotYourNeighbors

These guys have been amazing. Both the bentonville and Siloam springs store. Ryan at the Siloam store however has gone above and beyond. He stayed late one night to replace my bottom bracket for me, then on another occasion, after I had them rebuild my rear shock he offered to bring the bike to my work all the way in Bentonville and even offered to research some stuff for me simply because I showed interest, and I didn’t even buy my bike from them.
