I reserved a bike today (2/23/23) for pickup tomorrow (2/24/23) and two hours later I decided to cancel. I called phat tire to cancel the reservation (2 hours after I booked) I was told they would refund me half and not the full amount. I told them that I literally made the reservation 2 hours ago so why would they not give me my full refund? They said it was policy. RecommendedPhat Tire has an amazing selection of bikes, parts, and accessories. The prices have always been very competitive. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ve been warmly greeted every time I’m been in any of their stores. I’ve never left one of their stores without an answer to a question or a product either in hand or on the way. They are my go-to source for everything dealing with cycling.

Fantastic customer service and just an all-around great bike shop! We learned the Bentonville location had just gotten a kids bike we had been wanting and were luckily able to jump on it and grab one before they sold out. They told us it would be ready in about a week. Because of an event my son was participating in, we asked if they could have it ready in 5 days instead of 7.
