Great shop. I went to the Fayetteville store to have Cushcore inserts put in (not an easy task) before a trip to Colorado. They turned it around in one day and in time for the trip! We’ve also bought both of my wife’s bikes there and the staff made extra effort each time to make sure she was comfortable and on the right bike, swapping stems and adjusting seats until the fit was perfect. If y’all are reading this, some beer is coming your way soon. Cheers!
We just ordered my daughter's first mountain bike here and they were awesome. They took their time explaining things and answering questions. It has been a great experience!
Great shop with great employees. Stopped in while on a Mtb vacation to Bentonville, these guys helped get us back on the trails quickly from a brake issue on my sons bike. Quick, thorough fix and the price was great. The hospitality they showed us was well accepted. I will make it a point to stop by and say hi to the employees next time we are there.
