I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. I was solo bike touring through Bentonville, on route 49, when I had a flat tire and found that my brand new spare tube also was damaged. I was exhausted and frustrated, but Phat Tire sent out one of their great service staff (Bryce) with a tube (and a spare tire in case I needed it!), and got me back on my bike in a few minutes. First rate service. Thank you, Phat Tire Bike Shop!
visiting the area from out of town, came in on a saturday afternoon with a bottom bracket issue and they took care of it while i waited (and had a brew). awesome place! great staff and inventory.
