Love my new Townie I was able to purchase a few weeks ago. They didn't just sale me the bike, they made sure that everything was set up and adjusted to my needs. Went back just yesterday to purchase a basket, which they installed on my bike. They also readjusted my seat. Really good experiences so far.
Bought my Lexa back in May from Josh at the Ft. Smith store. Great service and no pressure. I have been back several times for accessories and service, and enjoy all my visits! Thanks guys!
Awesome service. Came in twice and was promptly waited on and had all my questions answered. Purchased two tires and they had them mounted within an hour. They went above and beyond to get those tires back to me so my son could get back to riding.
