Nate was awesome today at Devil's Den! Very helpful and took great care of me! He could have ripped me off since I was totally desperate for a derailleur, but was more than fair. He even trued my wheel and adjusted my rear shock. If I lived in Arkansas, THIS would be my bike shop!

Haven't stepped foot inside a Phat Tire Bike Shop yet it's easy to tell that after a long distance purchase; this shop (Fayatteville) doesn't just sell bikes...they love and RIDE them too. Knowledge, enthusiasm, care and attention passed on to the customer is huge!
