We own two Catrikes that I did not buy from Phat Tire because they didn't carry the brand I wanted. Ihave visited Phat Tire on two occasions with breakdown emergencies while I was riding. They quickly worked me into their schedule and got me on the road again with a fair cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a bike or service.
Got the service and repairs I need very quickly . The staff was very friendly and resourceful with detail information on what actions were being completed on my bike .

We are in here all the time for all our cycling needs and they always take good care of us. We consistently use them for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, rentals, purchases (bike, clothes, gloves, socks, shoes, security lock, rack accessories, bike accessories, etc) and advice for our mtn bikes & our kids mtn bikes.
Wonderfully attentive and super friendly staff. We rented bikes for the trail and really enjoyed the ease with which the rental process went and also the bike selection and cost. We will be back!!!
I really didn't appreciate the guy chasing me down at the cross walk because he thought I stole a mirror. Did you even look at the spot that you got it from when you handed to me? No of course not. He saw me with a shopping bag and noticed I did not buy the mirror, so he assumed I stole it. Shame on you!!!! Btw my sack was full of doggie treats which I just spent $25 on. I don't need to steal a $18.95 mirror for my bicycle. I hope you don't treat everyone that comes in your store like that.
The technicians at Phat Tire Bike Shop in Fort Smith are top notch. They not only provide excellent service but will answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended
Was in town for a road race and had a pretty bad bike issue. Phat Tire fit me in right away and I made it to my race with plenty of time to spare. Thanks guys!
