I appreciate Ryan from the Siloam Springs store. He was very friendly and helped me purchase a hard to find bike. He then went out of his way to help deliver it to me.
Went to the Fayetteville location to buy my daughter a bike and was in there 15 mins. We weren’t even acknowledged by staff and they looked around us to greet and help other guests.
when you deal with these people, make sure you talk with a adult. It will save you time and money. the children that work there will tell you false information about their services.

Great bike shop! We rented mountain bikes to hit the trails right off the square. My kids loved shop dog Denver! Also helpful in doing a quick fix for kids water bottle holders.

kudos to Patrick in the Fayetteville shop! He spent several hours working on my mtn bike, replacing a shifter and cable, etc. I went out for a ride, brought it back in to adjust the shifter and he only charged me for changing the cable! He was very patient as I stood and watched him work. He answered all my questions and they gave me coffee while I waited! Great experience!
