The service dept. is full of crap don't trust them. Two weeks ago I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation I was there for two hrs. When I left I noticed the tires were not rotated I confronted the. Service guy and he lied in my face and said they did I said you didn't because I had a flat tire and the tire had a white mark on it and it was still in the same place. I purchased a car from Pfeiffer Lincoln from 550 miles away. I never set foot in the dealership and worked with Patrick Kavanaugh he made the transaction flawless and stress free! I was apprehensive about this until thoroughly communicating with Kavanaugh. Car was exactly as billed and delivered without any issues! A top notch online transaction I highly recommend Kavanaugh! He stated he was the newest salesman there and had been there 25 years

After a terrible experience at a different Lincoln dealer I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism at Pfeiffer Lincoln in Grand Rapids. I would definitely recommend them.
I usually I am not the type to write a review but I have to let everyone know about an amazing experience at Pfeiffer Lincoln. Michael Walden went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. He was polite, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nonetheless it's been a great experience and look forward doing business with them in the future.
