Pfeiffer Lincoln staff and salespeople are Fantastic! Always friendly and Tom Elliott, with whom I did the sales part on my new 2010 MKS from beginning meet to two weeks later getting the vehicle, is so great at what he does. My salesman, James, was very knowledgable about the Lincoln automobiles and was a pleasure to work with buying our beautiful Continental. After a great trip to Florida, I brought our beauty into Pfeiffer for her first oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted right away, enjoyed the classy waiting area, and was pleased with the short 45 minute wait. My Lincoln was returned to me clean and sparkling! Great service, great people! The service has always been great. Throughout the years I have used other service departments at othwr dealerships and they fall short with the service . No one can compete with your s evictee department.
Everyone was involved in the car sale Tom really hooked us up with a very good deal he was not pushing and very helpful and completing the sale in a timely fashion we really enjoyed our trip out to grand rapids and thoroughly enjoyed our experience with this dealer everything about it was excellent and like I mentioned prior we did not feel pressured at all

Over the years I've always stayed away from dealer service due to issues of pricing and quality. When I bought a Lincoln from Pfeiffer, things changed. Whenever I need one they supply a loaner, usually a new Lincoln, while the service is completed. My car is ready on time, cleaned inside and out, and at a fair price. Usually , the service is GREAT. But the last time , they didn't wash my car. I guess I had become so use to getting into a clean vehicle after a service appointment that it really bothered me. It IS the little things that count.
