Can't say enough about the service department. Everyone is so helpful and extremely happy with their prices.
For the past five or more years I have had my vehicles serviced at Pfeiffer Lincoln. The oil change prices are a great value that include a multi point check, tire rotation & weather permitting a car wash too. My main reason for returning to Pfeiffer is I feel like I receive personalized service compared to an 'assembly line' process.that I experienced at a couple other local Ford dealers.
Always friendly helpful people waiting on me when I'm there.

I recently purchased a CPO MKS. Great car. Great communication and courtesy from the people at Pfeiffer. I will definitely buy there in the future.
I have had all my service work done at Pfeiffer since we bought our MKX in 2012. Craig is our service representative and does an outstanding job for me. They are fair, don't high pressure sell an unneeded repair, don't up charge, have great deals on tires...and the list goes on. I have absolutely NO reason to take my vehicle anywhere else for service.

I love the sales staff and service guys. Pfeiffer collision gets a failing grade. Zach in service is the best.
After 2nd trip back, my trunk lid still don't close correctly. It should not slam shut. Didn't do that when I bought it, other cars I checked don't do it. Was told by service dept that's how it's supposed to be. Don't know how to fix it ? Find someone that does before my warranty runs out.
