Awesome sales and service. Always quick and professional.
Have had 2 dealings with this dealer and enjoyed both times, latest was a 16 MKZ very loaded car, in hind site I think I should have gotten the hybrid MKZ I have had opportunity to drive a couple and was impressed with the power. Sure liked to 30+ miles per gallon in tow .
Mike Penn did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not pressure us and directed us to a vehicle that met our needs. Would highly recommend him to friends and family members who need a vehicle.
The service department at Pfeiffer is outstanding! I called Zach and needed a basic service. He came to my office, picked up my MKC, completed the service plus washed & vacuumed it before bringing it back to me in time to leave work. How awesome is that?! I felt so accomplished and all I did was make a phone call. If you want quality service from quality people go to Pfeiffer. Ask for Zach! :)

Fabulous experience with sales rep James Balder. He couldn't find the exact car we wanted but found one in Missouri and had it shipped to GR for us. Love the MKC Reserve, especially the technology which has vastly improved over our last MKX. We will be back having been treated so well.
