Helpful and pleasant.
Lost a customer today. After being stuck with a courtesy car for too long last year I planned to leave my car for a week this year expecting they would tell me if anything else needed doing when they serviced it. Got told when I picked it up that it needs a new timing belt. Now maybe they couldn't have done it within the week, but if they'd talked to me before I went to collect it would have been better for me to lose a train ticket and it to stay til it was done. Great customer service and car repaired same day 100% recommend
Car booked in for a service, more than happy to take the money for this, was informed of a recall and was booked in a week or so later, my son took his car in at the agreed time and was told “ did you not get the message, we are not doing it you need to go elsewhere!” Absolutely shocking customer service, basically we won’t do it find another dealer and book it with them, so now a 140 mile round trip to drop the car and the same to pick it up, they didn’t even know which was the nearest Peugeot dealer or didn’t want to say…
