After working all night last night, my husband called me to let me know there is no oil in the house and it’s frigid in there. I have auto pay and auto delivery. There was no oil delivered last month. I was told they come each month and top it off. When I called Peterson, I was informed that they weren’t sure why no oil had been delivered, there was a ticket that had been held. Horrible customer service and refused to help in an emergency situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Had a problem with furnace thanks to the oil 80 precent bio diesel. Sara was helpful but this company cost me over 500.00 in repairs . Said they will sell me diesel at 2.50 a gallon what a deal called around and got it cheaper . There oil sucks don’t use it
We ran out of oil. Called and had the worst customer service and never even got a curtesy call advising they would not deliver on emergency for non contracted customers even though we have used them for years. We are still without oil and had to call another company. I will never recommend this company
Extremely dishonest about the fuel they are selling. Poor customer service and reliability.

Horrible customer service this year. Never had an issue until recently. They deduct the money from your back account, charge a same day service fee then leave you in the cold with no oil no phone call and when the on call service is called they say they need to charge you a service call. For oil that was already paid for that they didn’t deliver. I won’t use them again. Two bad experiences in three months. Too many oil companies around for sub par service
I began using Peterson Oil last year and paid for a set amount of oil for the year. I always thought they let the tank get too low and would call them for oil. They always said I was on their schedule and they would show up in a day or two. This year when I signed up again I asked them if I had to call and they assured me that calling as not necessary.
