I have always received good service. Have been a customer since 1970 and my request would be to offer senior discounts to loyal customers.
Have always provided excellent service in delivery and checking any problems with oil pipe and oil tank connections and check any problems with the furnace operations.
We have been Peterson Oil customers for many, many years! We have enjoyed their great service and delivery. The only problem I have with Peterson Oil is understanding their bills. Wish they would have an easier version to understand.
Take your business elsewhere, save yourself the frustration.
I have been a customer of Peterson Oil for years and have never had any problems. They are always on time with deliveries and the service has been great, even when I didn't have heat in the middle of the night. They recently installed two mini splits in my house, and the technician did a great job. He was clean and neat, very knowledgeable and friendly. And I love that I don't have to deal with my old window A/C units
If your are thinking of using this company please think again. I was a loyal customer of theirs for years, but as soon as there was a problem, disagreement "THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER" research reviews, look even on this page 2.9 out of 5 that is bad. Companies grow big and think they can do whatever they want. REPEAT "BEWARE" Only reason a one star and because I cannot leave a review with a negative star
I'm glad my mother in law called me telling me Peterson "emergency services" couldn't help her. She's damn near in her 70's and supposed to freeze through all these storms? Not cool.
My mom is elderly - bought the service contract! The have been out about ten times to fix it. People in there 70's shouldn't be subjected to 38* temps indoors! TERRIBLE !!!!! I'm going to call a news station next!
