We have been customers for the past 5 years. We only had one instance where we ran low on oil and it took a couple of days to get a delivery. Other than that we've been happy with Peterson's.
We have been a customer of Peterson Oil since they purchased Marane Oil. I can honestly say they we have never had any problems with the service or the folks in the office who answer the phones. They are always polite, courteous and helpful. The service techs are also polite and very knowledgeable. I also have the Ultimate Service contract and there has never been an issue with repairs or parts replacement. I have had Peterson for many years and have never had an issue with them. If I am ever low on oil prior to my auto delivery they make sure they come before and the price is fair
