I just woke up to a bone dry oil tank for the second time this year despite the fact that I am a prepaid monthly plan customer. The first time, they hadn't delivered my oil in 3 months. And when they guy came to prime my system, he left the bulkhead door open (in January) and didn't bleed the line so every time the heat came on my house sounded like the Mississippi River.
