Review your bill carefully. They increased their maintenance plan price 10% in a single year, and charged me a finance charge when I missed the 30 day deadline. I thought they would just pause the coverage until payment was received. No they don’t. They charge interest. I think there is a legal requirement that that bills subject to finance charge, should note this on the bill. I went back and checked. Rude Customer Service. Attempted several times to schedule a burner cleaning as part of my paid contract. Always made excuses why they couldn’t come. Computers are down, we are not booking now, call back next month, the person that schedules the cleanings is out of the office today, we will call you back etc...I heard it all.... Finally scheduled a cleaning for 4 months out which is now in a new contract year meaning I paid for a service that Peterson COULD NOT and REFUSED to deliver. I want to thank all of you at Peterson Oil for still working through the mess the world is in! I needed service this morning because of a pressure valve and leak issue. From the lovely lady that answered the phone to the two gentlemen that came for the service call, everyone was so nice! I am so appreciative that while we "shelter-in-place" my problem was resolved so quickly and nicely! THANK YOU PETERSON OIL!!
I really appreciate the helpful and pleasant staff. I love not having to pump my own gas and they are great about checking oil too. Their prices are always comparable to pump-yourself stations too. Thank you Peterson Oil for staying open!!!

Great Service!! I have the Ultimate Service Plan and when my Hot Water tank failed, they were there right away, replaced everything in two days and made sure everything else was good. All Departments are Very Professional, Friendly and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. If you are not a Customer now, you should be.
