Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff, we got a message from them confirming the appointment however nothing mentioned in their message that if your 10 mins late we will refuse to see your newborn baby. We arrived 10 mins late and the lady is already infront of the door refusing us to enter and then explained that everyone is on a tight schedule.
