Had severe back pain and found it difficult to walk could not straighten my back , Janet really helped me and I was able to straighten up after 2 treatments and I had less pain , I would highly recommend.
When I was completely out of action & in severe pain with an extruded disc, Janet was able to get me up on my feet again. I am extremely thankful for her knowledge & skill which helped me to recover without needing surgery. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physio.
I've been seeing Janet for around 12 months now. I was in agony with shoulder pain due to trapped nerve and she has worked with me to get this under control. I can't recommend her enough she's experienced, knowledgeable and she doesn't give up. Although I'm now better I stay on a maintenance programme to ensure it doesn't come back.
