Drain cleaning Jerry was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and took the time to educate me on what caused the problem. He even took the time to advise me on unrelated faucet matters. The bill was a complete surprise in a good way. To be honest I am surprised that I was not charges 3-4x the amount. Excellent work Jerry. I will be calling Pete the Plumber for all of my plumbing needs.

Untrained Plumbers A total disaster. The plumber didnt know how to cut a pvc pipe appropriately, and he left my house with a leak on the repaired pipe. He damaged the vent system by using multiple joints, which was needed at all. Never call this plumber again.

Pete the Plumber - Electrician Justin came out to fix an issue caused by a different company that was caught in a home inspection. (Double Tapped) Excellent Service! Justin was great at explaining what the issue was and how he would repair. Fast, friendly service. Really Impressed.

prompt service I had a simple job (install a bathroom faucet I bought myself). They were able to get me in quickly and the installer arrived on time and completed the job in a reasonable time. Costs were as expected. The only issue I had was the hot and cold faucet positions are reversed i.e. turn the single handle to the right and hot water comes out (all my other taps have cold water). Appears the hot and cold water hoses were reversed.

Furnace Repair Was told by a competitor we needed a new furnace for $5K. Called PTP for a 2nd opinion and saved us over $4K and fixed it! From the call to book, to the estimator and technician, great service!

Unclog drain We had an issue that every time we flushed the upstairs toilet, there was a gurgling sound in the kitchen sink. Jerry was not happy until the problem was resolved and we were completely satisfied. Very happy with Jerry’s commitment and professionalism. Thank you Jerry and thank you Pete the Plumber.

Laundry Room drain full of grout After having a new humidifier installed, I had a flood in my laundry room due to a non-draining floor drain. Jerry & Jacob came and tried a few things to get the it unclogged. Eventually what worked was a few buckets of hot water and the INDUSTRIAL auger! They didn't give up and they weren't leaving until I had a drain that worked. Turns out that when I had tile work done 5 years earlier the tiler put his grout water down my laundry drain.
