Rough in of mid/high end plumbing fixtures Good plumbers, very polite, and would use again for general items that are “run of the mill” however with fixtures that have instructions and require precision for the rough in, I would not use. They did not follow installation instructions that came with the fixtures (when the fixtures are present and in the box) but went with “what has worked before”. Commercial Service I called in and I was met with a lovely welcoming young lady, to be forwarded forwarded to a Service Manager - I was then met with mono tone hate your life Bob, I had to prompt him for his name at first and once I had agonisingly told him what I was looking for I was told I wouldnt see anyone for two weeks. I would have been okay with this if I was made to feel like I was a customer, other than a nuesance. Toilet installation Dallas(Regina) from Pete's arrived exactly on time, installed two custom coloured toilets. He pointed out the inferior installation of the one toilet on the main floor by the home developer, corrected the situation, disposed of the old toilets, cleaned up the bathrooms as if he wasn't here. He finished up in slightly less than 2 hours. A month has passed since the job was completed. All is functioning well, and I would not hesitate calling Pete's for any Plumbing, electrical , HVAC work.

Sewer Backup Service and Furnace Maintenance SEWER - I had a tree that used to block the sewer with roots every 2 years. I had it removed 3 years ago, but a year after the removal the sewer began to back up again. When my tenants called the city and the plumbers, they were told that it was a grease block because they couldn't see a tree in the yard. AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE Grant (don’t forget to ask for Grant) is the best. He arrived on time, the work was completed quickly and to a high quality standard, and no mess. He was very friendly and had a smile the entire time. I had a hot water tank removed and replaced with a 50 gallon tank. Just over an hour. Bingo bango! Hot Water Tank Replacement Our hot water tank broke a couple days ago. We contacted Pete The Plumber and they were able to replace it in a matter of days. The technician, Dallas, was friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with their service and product, and will definitely call on them again in the future!
