I needed a shower repair and obtained "Pete the Plummer " as they were highly rated. They repaired the shower and the work and service was acceptable. When they left, they took the old parts with them even though some of them were still ok. I phoned straight away about returning them and was told it was no problem. The parts were thrown on the floor like garbage in the vestibule of my apartment building which is accessible to the public, infront of the secure lobby. Basement bathroom backing up. Able to visit the same day I called. Found it was the sewage sump/lift pump float. Not something they fix but - showed me how to manually activate the pump, - warned me how to avoid it burning out, - showed me how the other bathrooms fed into the sewer without activating the sump, so could be used. The problem isn't fixed, but I appreciate the workaround which gives me time to find another firm.

We have had Pete the Plumber replace our toilets, furnace and water heater, in addition to installing our new A/C. Their prices are competitive and their service is second to none. We are reminded of inspections and they follow through. Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. Most recently a 12-foot piece of cladding fell onto our A/C unit due to a nasty hail storm. "Brad" came out to assess any damage and to assure us it was okay to use. We are very pleased with the new furnace and air conditioner that was installed in February. Dan and his crew did an excellent job and also helped diagnose and fix 2 other plumbing issues we had. We are also very satisfied with the air conditioner inspection Brad did this week after the hail storm. He provided some great maintenance tips to keep the unit running well. We've used Pete the Plumber exclusively for the last 10 years and have no plans to change.

What absolutely excellent service from Stu and Steve in removing and replacing our poly-B pipes at very short notice. The job was completed in under two days, with very clear communication on what to expect and what it would cost. This is the third time we have used Pete the Plumber, and it's the third time we have been very impressed with their help. I'll never go with Pete the Plumber again. Years ago, I did a paid consultation for a viability study for getting a residential tankless gas-powered water heater installed . The crew that came down took the measurements, then left, telling me I'd get my report within a couple of days. A week later, I phoned, as I still didn't have the report. However, you have pointed out this was years ago and even at that time we would never charge for a second visit if we failed to gather, or misplaced information we needed in order to quote a job accurately, and unless the call is out of town our estimates have always been free of charge.
Great experience yesterday with Jerry from Pete the Plumber! He was professional, quickly diagnosed my problem and skillfully used the drain camera and an auger attachment to pull a tennis ball out from 12 ft down my laundry drain pipe. This service likely saved me thousands of dollars to jackhammer the floor up. Thank you, Jerry! Will absolutely be using this company again for all my plumbing needs.
