Pete the Plumber installed 2 sink's/faucet's along with a toilet. 2weeks later Water leaking in basement and damaged bathroom floor, basement walls. They sent out fans & dehumidifier which did not do much to address the problem that the bathroom floor must be replaced. A $10,000 touch we were informed by restoration company.. At that point today Jake the manager who before was willing to help now said deal with your insurance company.

Jacob installed 2 smith hot water tanks and Andru (newly arrived from Ukrain ) installed 2 Toto toilets ! Both men were on time, cordial, courteous, and did a professional installation job ! 11 out of 10 !!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I just had a service call from Adam and he was amazing! He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. I am so glad I called this company and will definitely use them again and will refer them to everyone I know!

I rarely leave reviews but I want to give a shout out to Jason and crew for a recent install they did for me. Courtious and arriving on time they all did an outstanding job for me even saving me some money and fixing a few minor problems at no cost. Nicely done fellas!!

Had a problem with my furnace in the cold weather which is problematic, one call to Pete the plumber and Brad the technician was on his way for a perfect fix and very prompt response. Thank-you so much Brad and the Pete the plumber team (Lindsey). Very friendly people to deal with.

Unfortunately, had quite a negative experience. Our bath water had turned rusty, so we called Pete the Plumber. The employee came over and took a quick look and said that it would cost us at least $6,000 to replace our two hot water tanks and was really pushing a tankless system on us. I got a 2nd opinion and I'm so thankful I did because we only need a new Anode rod which was ~$130 + labour, for a total bill of about $300. I will not be calling Pete the Plumber in the future.

We had Jerry an extremely experienced Drain Technician fix our daughter's bathtub drain and he was very professional as well as friendly and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend Pete The Plumber! They are exceptional!
