2 furnaces, hot water heater, air cleaner, humidifier installed by Jason W. We are pleased with Jason. He is polite, hard working and has a great knowledge of products and how they work. He wore a mask the whole time, was neat and explained things well. Jason treated his coworkers well and with respect. He is an excellent representative for the company and customers. New 50 gallon hot water tank and chimney liner The installers showed up on time and completed the job in a professional and thorough manner. This involved going on the roof to install the chimney liner. They placed runners throughout the carpeted area into the furnace room and removed the old water tank and all packaging for the new one. We were very pleased the installers and this company.

Impeccable Service! We started down the road of needing a new hotwater heater, but quickly realized we also needed an outdated/non-working water softener system and humidifier removed at the same time. We contacted Pete the Plumber and got an amazing quote. Mario gave us a call when he was going to be a bit late from his quoted time, and called again as he was coming to our house. New High Efficency Furnaces Jason Walker, Curtis and Conrad did a profession job removing our 44 year old furnaces and replacing with new 96% efficient furnaces. They cleaned up after themselves, explained the operation of the unit and the new thermostats . Took only 1 1/2 days from start to finish.

Service I’m torn how to feel about this company. I had a water tank installed and the guy was amazing and answered all my questions right away. So I decided to continue service with Pete the plumber and got a new humidifier installed with a pump. The guy who put it in was grumpy and didn’t know anything about the pump. After 3 weeks of silence I called the service manager to see what was happening with my order and he basically forgot about me. furnace repair Daughter's furnace stopped working in that cold snap we had a few weeks ago. She called a so called reputable company that told her that her furnace was shot and needed a new one. Then proceeded to charge her $300. She then called Pete the Plumber and was told by a women that they probably couldn't make it there till the next day as it was real busy which was understandable. Plugged Sink Auger Jerry came out to service our Master Bathroom sink. He was Covid friendly, prompt and super professional! I would have Jerry come back and do work at our home any time. Best yet, Clearview Plumbing quoted us $400 to do the job and Pete’s charge was $130! Who do I call next time? Without a doubt, it is Pete the Plumber and I will request they send Jerry specifically!

Water Softener Excellent product and goodservice. When here, COVID restrictions were in place, but the service technician did not wear a mask and did not ask if we were OK with him not wearing a mask. He should have done that. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't wear a mask because I didn't ask him to. After the unit was installed, I would have appreciated a more detailed walk through as to how the system works.
