Our experience with PIA has been excellent, they have a generous multi pet discount and we were recently in an unexpected and very stressful medical situation with one of our pets suddenly developing epilepsy and the claim process using Gap Pay at the Animal Hospital was quick and easy which is exactly what you need when you are already in a state of high anxiety. Our cat had an accident and required a quite costly surgery. The very quick claim processing was amazing as it allowed us to cover subsequent costs (she had multiple visits) Thank you PIA.
Avoid at all costs. Price gouging at its finest - deceptive practices regarding price increases every year with effectively no context or rationale. The worst customer service team that completely disregard your actual questions and copy and paste from a manual. Don’t expect any form of compassion , respect of loyalty. Product is full of bloated useless features that they no doubt use to validate extortionate price increases. Some of the worst decided websites and apps I have come across. AVOID
