I am so glad that I found this company! Gary and Doc are the best. We had them replace floors in our entry way, kitchen and dining room. We love the floors. The installer was very meticulous and made sure it was installed to perfection. They are truly pet proof. The installer was fabulous and extremely professional. The customer service is great. I had wood-look pet proof flooring installed in one of my spare bedrooms where I put the cats litterboxes. I have scrubbed the floor repeatedly with a course brush and used cleaners with bleach and it does not damage these floors at all. They do not scratch or change color. I also had the same flooring installed on the screened in patio. After 6 months or so, some of the planks started lifting up. I called Pet Floors and told them what was happening. My husband wanted carpet again in our family room because he said this type of flooring is noisy, especially when the dogs walk on it. I did A LOT of research before I considered this particular flooring. I even took a dog and some high heels out to the office so I could test it out. It's great. We love our new pet flooring! The company was great to work with from the selection process to installation. Installation took place on time as scheduled and the crew was very professional. They did a wonderful job. We like the look and feel of the product and truly believe it will be a lifesaver for us with our aging dogs!
I have a cousin who breeds Labradoodles and she says that Pet Floors is a godsend. Big dogs make big messes, and clean up used to take forever. She's so glad she found out about Pet Floors!
These guys are the absolute best people to work with. Their crews all speak English as a First language. They are on time and very clean.
