Great company! Good office folks, good representatives, good installers. Easy to work with and love the luxury vinyl plank Karndean. 4 kids and 6 animals and its holding up great! Highly recommended.
Excellent experience! I thought my the floors would be put in one day. However, the workers (I wish I remembered their names) said that in order for the job to be done right it would take two days. It was an unexpected inconvenience, but I appreciated the honesty. They could have just laid the floor down and I probably would not have noticed the difference. Due to their honesty and integrity, I have beautiful floors and I will definitely use them again for future projects.
We now have pet proof flooring in the whole house. It was done in 3 different sections because that's the way we could afford to do it. Gary worked with us all the way. With 3 dogs it's easy to clean up. Just use bleach water and mop. The quietness is a bonus.
I looked at several types of tile and vinyl flooring. I brought home sample after sample and finally decided on Pet Floors. I love my new floor! It is absolutely beautiful. The installers are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They moved all of my furniture. I installed the new floor in over 1300sq feet of my home. It has been cold and the floor is warm when you walk barefoot. I couldn't be more pleased! I have a Lab and a Schnauzer and they play continuously. There are no scratches anywhere!!
