Honest, hard-working people. Quality and service is their top priority!
Really poor costumer service. Installation was wrong, still waiting for them to call us back for long, really long time. I made my complaint about the extra glue on the floor that makes my floor look old and dirty. They told me about different products I can used, I tried my self for some time, but later I ask my self, why I am doing this? I was their problem, the people that did the installation did no took care of that. we don't need to paid any other company to come and clean the wrong doing of their workers.
Just had the game room and laundry room installed with Kardean lm05 slate.. so happy with them.
I am so in love with my floors from Pet Floors of Houston!!! I recommend them to anyone who mentions they want to change out their floors. I am seriously considering having them do 3 other rooms in our house AFTER I get my current debt to them paid off. This is one of the BEST upgrades we've done to our home. I smile everytime I look at our floors.
Love my pet floors. Giving serious thoughts to doing more rooms in my home. I currently have my main living area and hall ways and wishing I had done the master bedroom and kitchen.
I have their flooring throughout my house now. First the upstairs in 2006 and then the downstairs in 2016. It really helps with all the cats I have. Scott and Mark are the best installers and just really nice guys - very professional and helpful.
We love our floors! We replaced hardwood and carpet with Karndean from Pet Floors and couldn't be happier! Our two large dog's nails don't scratch the floors like they did with hardwood. The floors look as good as the day they were installed. My husband and the dogs come in with wet feet from the pool and I don't have to worry about the floor being ruined. This is the best thing we've done in a long time. This company and their staff went out of their way working with us to provide our flooring. With two puppies in their training stage we were at wits end with our carpets. With the installation of our flooring, everything was resolved. Easy to care for and it looks like they cost so much more than we paid.
