Mick is very friendly and accommodating. He is keen to resolve your pest issue and get it done as quickly as possible. I was very concerned about rats in my loft and Mick made a series of visits; he soon highlighted the location where rats were getting in. That was fixed and so the end of the problem.

Brilliant service, took a while to find how rats were getting in but he didn’t give up and communication was good as well as giving and receiving updates. We got there in the end and now finally rat free 😊
