Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired to Perthshire flooring as they're our nearest approved fitter for Harvey Maria flooring and, even though we are in Edinburgh, nothing was too much trouble. Douglas was my initial contact and I had a quote within an hour of speaking with him. We were in need of a stair carpet; having browsed a number of stores but not finding anything we particularly liked we came across Perthshire Flooring, almost as soon as we walked in, we were met by Douglas who was very helpful and gave advice, we were then free to look around without feeling pressurise. Nina and the team are simply exceptional. Perfect from start to finish and a joy to deal with. You’d have to be mad to go anywhere else. The fitting experience was also perfect with tradesmen who were artists (complex Tartan matching on stairs). The were also bloody good guys, took their time and were spotlessly tidy. 10/10 all round
Absolutely amazing service. Douglas was brilliant from get go, answered all my questions and helped with everything along the way. All the fitters were also great and done a brilliant job and flooring my entire house, very clean and professional. Will always return here now for my flooring.
Very happy with our beautiful new bedroom carpet. Would highly recommend Perthshire Flooring. Nina was so helpful and very efficient. Everything was as promised, completely transparent. Richard the carpet fitter did a wonderful job very nice friendly person. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else if we need new carpets again. 10 out of 10.
