UPDATED REVIEW: While we did have issues with the ring we purchased, Perre went above and beyond trying to rectify and eventually refund our purchase. I would definitely recommend this business; on the off chance an issue arises, they will take it seriously and provide either a refund or replacement. A small business worth supporting!
Bought such lovely pieces from this shop over the years, beautiful shop ✨
Atrocious. Bought a ring with two stones on our honeymoon -- one fell out within days. Instead of offering a refund, they made us pay for shipping to return the broken ring, and then sent a replacement. And, again within just a couple of days, the replacement ring lost another stone. Terrible quality and poor customer service. Avoid.
Absolutely enchanting jewelry shop with superb attention. I had a very hard time deciding what to buy because every piece is exquisite. In the end I chose a beautiful pair of earrings for which I receive endless compliments whenever I wear them! If I return to Edinburgh I won't hesitate to come back again.
