The assistance that Marianne gave was invaluable. From prepping my house to putting in on the market to listing it. Assisted with suggestions for updating the house. Also with the step by step process of what needed to be done along the way. And I love the electric signature - any documents that needed signed, I could do it from work and we didn't have to figure out times to meet! Then sold the house in one day! Overall, a great experience!

Sylvia was a great to work with, being a first time home buyer she walked me through every step of the way. She knows what she is doing and is super willing to go above and beyond to help. Madelyn was terrific working with us while we looked for a new home. She *got* us pretty quickly and was very patient with our debates and discussions while we looked at houses. She was very flexible in our short timeframe and able to help us find our new home!
Madelyn was wonderful to work with. From beginning to end, she was incredibly responsive and very patient with us as we tried to find the perfect home in a highly competitive market. We never felt rushed or pressured. Although I'm sure she was very busy, she always made us feel as if we were her only clients, taking the time to listen to our concerns and offer honest feedback. We always felt she had our best interest in mind. This was our third home buying experience and I only wish we known Madelyn for the first two!
Angie made the frustrating task of buying a home in a low inventory, seller's market as efficient and enjoyable as possible. This was only our second house purchase so she was able to fully understand the process and brought a lot of knowledge and experience to the table. Simply wonderful, prior to meeting her lost out on more houses than I care to recall. Had a great feel for the type of house/style/uniqueness/location that I had in mind.
