Marianne patiently kept in touch for months while we waited for our commercial property to close and were ready to purchase our home. When the time came, the perfect house came on the market and she got us in to see it right away. She was always friendly, honest and very responsive.
Greg has helped my parents buy and sell numerous houses, so I figured I would give him a try for my 1st home buying experience. He was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to me from the beginning and knew what I did and did not want in a new home which truly helped the shopping experience. He did not just tell me what I wanted to hear but instead told me what I needed to hear which was awesome since he is so knowledgeable.
Greg is the best. Knows the market. Knows how to sell in the area. He offered advice but ultimately let me make the decisions. Has a great network of professionals and buyers. He sold my house before it even hit the market! I highly recommend Greg and his team.

Greg was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the process. He was able and willing to provide insights into the market, provide excellent referrals for things like repairs, mortgage lenders, inspections etc. His responses to our questions were timely and well thought out, any time day or night. If I were to list my new home tomorrow, it would be with Greg.
