Great to work with Greg, always answered my calls and questions. Walked me through the process and what to expect. Let me know what to worry about and what not to. Put the house on the market and sold the house in one weekend!
She did not really need to do negotiations for us. Our home was sold in five weeks. We were able to work Marianne and the sellers realtor to work out issues due to Coronavirus.

If you are interested in marketing or purchasing a home. I dont know of any one better in this business. This is the second time we have worked with Greg and it was easy and convenient for us with our relocation to Columbus and the short time it took to sell.

He had very good suggestions as to what improvements he thought would help the sale. I made the improvements which were not at all large projects or expensive. The house priced right and was only on the market for 12 days.
Greg did a fantastic job! He helped me through the entire process of selling a condo. He was always readily available (even when out of town on vacation) and quickly responsive to any inquiries I had (whether by phone, email or text). Greg always looked out for my best interests and even got a selling price higher than I was asking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone for their real estate needs!
