I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a home. She was very knowledgeable with the entire process and very easy to work with. Sylvia also helped me to get the asking price I was looking for because of her attention to detail and wording/negotiating skills. She even offered to sit with me through the actual signing of all documents, just to make sure I was comfortable with everything I was signing. Work with Sylvia, you won't be disappointed!

Madelyn was fantastic to work with. Very quick to answer any questions no matter when they arose, and extremely easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family members.
I contacted Madelyn to help us find a house in Mentor. Three weeks later we closed on a house in our desired neighborhood. She responded to texts immediately, walked us through the buying process, gave helpful suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!
The best home buying experience ever! Was on top of everything for me. She made everything go super smooth. I would ask to go look at a home and Denise would ask when I would like to see it. I'm pretty easy going so I would say in a day or two. She would say "how about tomorrow?" Denise was on top of everything. You will love working with this great woman.
