Marianne sold my parents home in Willoughby Hills (estate settlement) four times in three months! The first three could not get financing and the fourth was a cash deal at my asking price! Her advice and knowledge was very helpful. Greg sold my house at asking price in less than 3 weeks. He was honest, easygoing, and helped us to correctly price our house according to the current market. A professional photographer took great pictures of the house which was a big plus. I liked Greg because he was low pressure - we considered selling for years before we finally decided to, and he was very patient with us throughout the process.
Sylvia was great to have as an agent. I would and will recommend her to anyone inquiring about purchasing a home. She does her homework for the area you want to live in and is very helpful in answering or getting answers to any and all issues that pop up. She is prompt on keeping her appointments and quick to respond to phone calls or messages. She is a wonderful person to just carry on a conversation with which eases any nervousness anyone may have. Marianne negotiated a higher price than I thought I would recieve on the sale of my parent's home. She made many recommedations on how to best upgrade the home prior to listing. The pictures of the home were beautiful and highlighted the best features. Her research of the home was extensive even though the home was located on the other side of town. Great experience!
