Greg guided me as to what we should do to the house to prepare it to sell. When it was ready, he helped us price it appropriately. He positioned it right and we received multiple offers the first day it was on the market and ended up getting well over the asking price.
My wife and I had the true pleasure of working with Marianne on both selling and buying our homes throughout 2018.
