Getting treatment for "plantar fasciitis" (pain in the heel of the foot). The treatment is beginning to work (after three sessions) with the treatment being, not only massage, ultra sound and Kinetic Tape, but also doing the various exercises Charlotte gave me to do at home. I have had an ongoing neck problem causing neck and head aches for a long time and have needed to have various treatments over the years . After a recent flare-up I visited Charlotte at ISC and in the first session she identified a 'trigger point' in my shoulder which was aggravating the situation. After some soft tissue work in this area the stiffness and pain has reduced immediately. I can't speak highly enough of Charlottes knowledge and empathic manner. We have another appointment to follow to continue the progress..
Very professional, great knowledge, took me from being in pain whenever I moved to feeling loose and back to doing sports at a high level.

Charlotte was so lovely and gave lots of helpful advice. The sports massage felt amazing and really eased a lot of tension in my upper back - will definitely be booking again!
