I brought our Lenovo All In One computer in for a diagnosis after it refused to boot up properly and gave me the "blue screen of death." Fortunately, Shelbi was able to do some quick research and determine I could bring it to Lenovo for warranty work. She didn't even charge me for the work that she did! I know where I'm going next time any of my computers start showing signs of failure.
I brought an old 2008 hard drive that I couldn’t access and the Golden Mac and PC repair team were able to retrieve all the files with no problem. I highly recommend these folks for any of your hard drive issues.
When calling to ask about getting a motherboard tested, I was told they don't have a single LGA 1700 MB or CPU to test with, and the suggestion made was to "Buy new parts". This shop does not have adequate equipment to conduct a basic test and should not be classified as "PC Repair".
Golden Mac & Pc Repair did an amazing job. Thank you for fixing my laptop on such a short notice and a lot quicker than the original estimate. Great communication and customer service throughout, with a clear estimate of what to expect. Saved my laptop, still works great, thank you so much! Highly recommend.
