I asked for ombré and asked if dipping powder or BIAB would be best, I was told BIAB would be fine and then was left with this. When I asked if it could be blended (like her nails were), she said that’s the best she can do with BIAB. Didn’t even offer a different colour, very disappointing for £45! Won’t be returning. Update** I’ve had my nails done elsewhere now and have been told she hadn’t even used BIAB. So I was charged £45 for gel nails and told it was BIAB. Awful place.

Had gel nails applied to natural nails and toe nails before going on holiday. They sadly lasted less than 24hours and cost £65! This is more than I had ever spent on gel nails, but after being let down by a booked appointment elsewhere, I was just happy to be getting my nails done for holiday. Sadly as they peeled off the next day I did not have my nails for my holiday (and I can only have them done once a year due to being unable to have nail polish/gel nails on at work) so I was very disappointed and this has never happene... read more

I’ll start this review with the words ‘DO NOT get your eyelashes done here!!’ They are lovely women, no doubt. But the lack of education Leigh has about eyelash extensions and lash health is appalling. I have had my lashes done for years and years now, and know enough to note 2 things: 1. lash extensions should be isolated - each classic lash extension or lash fan is to be placed on 1 singular natural lash. 2.
