Come here quite often but I came here yesterday to have my brows done, I always get them waxed as waxing doesn’t hurt me. Well I know I have bushy eyebrows but not to the extent that they wax my actual eyelid, the lady who did my brow was very rough. And as you can see she has burnt/ripped my skin when waxing due to placing the wax was too far down. My wife called in on the off chance they could do an eyebrow thread. She so wished she hadn't! The staff made it obvious they were discussing her, which made her feel uncomfortable. After doing her eyebrows the member of staff used an obviously used brush from the back of the counter, and completely disregarded her makeup. The mirror that was held up for inspection of the brows was dirty so it wasn't until she got home and inspected them that she realised they were mostly gone and very uneven. Worst experience ever - 1st time I’ve been injured by a nail technician! Three cuts to toes When I expressed she was hurting me I was ignored until I pulled my foot away It’s the first time I’ve had my foot kicked on multiple occasions when she. Used her trainer clad foot to set the timer several times on the UV box Never again pain and poor result Not the holiday look I was seeking - I was glad to get out

I have never felt so humiliated and mistreated in a nail salon in my life. From start to finish, the service was an absolute disgrace. First of all, the technician completely ignored what I asked for, doing her own thing instead. When I politely corrected her, she became visibly annoyed and passive-aggressive.
