Salespersons were attentive and polite, however be warned. I wasn't able to find any fee information on the website or get any of this information prior to receiving my buyers order. The buyers order had almost $2000 in fees for a >$20K vehicle that auto check verifies was sold 6 ,months ago, barely 50 miles away, its unfortunate that they are trying to give the buyer this expense which is basically such a huge chunk of the listed price. Contacted them with a question about a vehicle. Got a timely response saying he wasn't able to answer my question but would let me know the answer asap, but never heard back. Sent another email asking a price related question and again, no response. Ended up finding the same vehicle somewhere else for a better price.

Dealer was helpful and professional. Although not willing to come down on price at all , which is understandable on certain cars. Overall ok experience and endup walking away without a deal.
