I hope that this review will prevent someone from being treated and/or ripped off like I was. I purchased a 2023 Tiguan from Perfect Auto on Monday, 4/20/26. I reached out to test drive a couple of vehicles. After some minor arguing over the financing (they tried to give me a higher % and tried to change the number of months I paid over as opposed to adjusting anything on their end), I purchased what I thought was a great deal. I was fortunate enough to have "G" answer the phone when I was inquiring about a car that caught my eye. He was amazing in every sense of the word. His attention to detail regarding taking videos of the car inside and out for me since I was in another state was just beyond what most sales people do. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Perfect Auto ...but be sure to ask for "G"...:)). He was the best!
Easy to get done
Had an honest reply to the follow up and never had a reply. Not a big deal because usually the lead is a dead end. But having a conversation can and often lead to a sale later. In this fast sales market, keeping a casual conversation going can and does lead to a close deal. I found a new lead to track from a follow up.
