One of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I drove 2 hours away to test drive a Audi A3 Sportback, but was told that I couldn't test drive the car. I could only look at the car, Also the salesman kept looking outside as if he wanted to see what kind of car I was driving. This was most interesting. I tried to reach the dealer to request coming in 30 minutes before an 11am scheduled meeting. I was told NO one was available until 10:30 to reschedule this viewing. Nevertheless, I showed up at 10:30. This dealer sells all top branded cars, but this Subaru was apparently not one of their priorities. When a different rep (the one I was scheduled with did not respond to any of my communication about arriving a little early) took me to the car it was rain dirty and dead.... the rep had to go get a ba... read more
