Bought a '04 Tiburon from them and the salesman was very uninformative. He didn't actually "sell" me the car, I simply walked in and he said in a dismissive fashion, "whatever the internet price is, I'll give you." This wasn't the worst part. I drove the car home fine, but the next day the right rear break fell apart. This car would obviously have failed a state inspection, but it still had a current inspection sticker. Walter is very nice but didn't have a car I wanted so don't know it he could have helped had he had the car I wanted
A follow up phone call arrived promptly. Returned email followed promptly. Corresponded via email without issue.
While the used vehicle was nice. We later found numerous of car issues, at our cost. The dealer also, informed us that the car had been there before. It is unknown as to whether the dealer knew of the issues prior to selling us the car. There should be a law where the dealer is required to inform the buyer of known issues.
Dealer had great contact with me prior to going out and even made a Sunday appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in, but when I got there, the vehicle I wanted to see was not on the lot and after he was about 10 min late to meet, we had to leave for another appointment and never even talked to the guy. I was disappointed.
I was contacted by the dealer quickly however after consideration I decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time.
Very poor customer service
They stayed firm with the price . Even with the car being in a accident they drive a hard bargain .
Tried to deal with this dealer, but could not reach any deal. Firm on their prices. CFM
