We had a great call to discuss the car and they were able to answer all my questions completely.
Very prompt and informative about vehicle I was interested in.
I felt like I was the Seller and the Sales Rep was the buyer. The sales rep treated me like I was bugging him to buy the car. Follow-up was not good. I gave all my finance info. NEVER heard back from anyone for 2 days. Called and ask they remove me as a potential buyer!
My overall experience with this dealership was not good. While this dealership car prices are competitive, their fees are extremely high, around $1700 (processing fee $699 & reconditioning fee $995). It was around this that caused my experience to not go well. I agreed with them to buy the car if they lower the reconditioning fee to $495. They offer me to put $1000 down to hold it for four days but if I don't show up on Saturday they get to keep my $1000. One of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I drove 2 hours away to test drive a Audi A3 Sportback, but was told that I couldn't test drive the car. I could only look at the car, Also the salesman kept looking outside as if he wanted to see what kind of car I was driving. So yes my new year started out with me being discriminated against when I had cash to buy a car.
