Great people to work with. Bought the car out of state and the sale rep Jay did everything to make sure I was comfortable buying the car over the phone
Dealer was over-the-top helpful tried various options on financing we just didn’t end up coming to terms but the dealer was very good

I felt like I was the Seller and the Sales Rep was the buyer. The sales rep treated me like I was bugging him to buy the car. Follow-up was not good. I gave all my finance info. NEVER heard back from anyone for 2 days. Called and ask they remove me as a potential buyer!
My overall experience with this dealership was not good. While this dealership car prices are competitive, their fees are extremely high, around $1700 (processing fee $699 & reconditioning fee $995). It was around this that caused my experience to not go well. I agreed with them to buy the car if they lower the reconditioning fee to $495. They offer me to put $1000 down to hold it for four days but if I don't show up on Saturday they get to keep my $1000.
